Who are our counsellors?  University Life has a contract with the Pacific Centre Family Services Association to provide counselling services. Pacific Centre is a non-profit counselling agency registered under the Society Act of British Columbia and has served individuals, couples and families in Greater Victoria since 1968. The Centre's professional counsellors are trained and have years of experience in social worker, psychology, and marriage and family therapy. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance and is maintained at all times, so that every effort is taken to ensure client anonymity.

How do you make an appointment?  Appointments can be made via e-mail or phone (see contact info below). Simply identify yourself as an RRU student. Day or evening appointments can take place on campus, at Pacific Centre's offices near the campus, in midtown Victoria and Sooke, or at the home office of contracted therapists in Sidney, Royal Oak, Esquimalt and Oak Bay.
